Will this build be able to run most new games on ultra/very high?

I'm ordering a custom built PC, but Im not an expert when it comes to components and PC building in general. This are the specifications on the PC that I want to order, and I wonder if it will be able to run new and upcoming games, like Call of Duty Modern Warfare or Cyberpunk 2077 for instance. https://ibb.co/MpJXy6g

Is it the amount of watts that isn't sustainable? If so, how many should I have?

thats some old/weak cpu there.

when i run games on full, they usually take about 2-4gb memory,full (100%) CPU, and 30% gpu

even if game is supposed to display these fancy graphics via gpu, its always CPU doing all the hard work.

of course gpu is used as well, but i have relatively new/good cpu and its always used a lot no matter what game. more than gpu
