Will this laptop be able to play most games at high with decent fps?

CPU: Intel Core i7 6700HQ 6th Gen Skylake Processor

RAM: 8GB Single Channel DDR3L 1600MHz (8GBx1)

Hard Drive: 1TB 5400 rpm SATA Hybrid Hard Drive with 8GB Cache

GPU: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 960M 4GB GDDR5

The games I want to run are CS:GO, GTA 5 and BF4 etc.

Will it be able to handle these and other games coming out in next 2-3 years?

Please don't suggest me to build a PC because I need something portable which I can also use for work

I think possibly up to the next 2 years it will handle games such as CS:GO but I think the bigger games like BF4 and GTA5 will get alot more demanding so i'd say after 2 years you'd probably be wanting to replace it as a gaming device. This would also be the same if you got a laptop with a GTX 970m in it also id' say though.
