there is a program on steam that you can install and it tests your hardware and sees how well (or not) your pc can run games in VR. just seach for VR on steam

well i dont have the computer yet, im looking at buying options

Yes it will run VR.

Rx580 or gtx 1060 are pretty much the minimum needed to run it smoothly. I would try for 16bg of ram if possible.
