I was wondering if this specific laptop would be able to handle programs such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere and Photoshop.

Get one with the geforce 980m card, with 16gigs of ram with an i7 chip for full 8 threaded rendering. The laptop specs on the link you provided would be my second choice.
