Will this laptop play fallout 3 on medium graphics and is it worth th money or could i get better? Is acer reliable ?

yes it will play it fine but most likely at medium to high settings not max settings.

besure if you're buying any gaming laptop to buy a cooler board (a board with fans on it) so when you're gaming it helps cooling the laptop better
all laptops have just one small fan and its just not enough so a cooler board would realy help save your laptop.

for those who have to be extra
not all laptops have one fan, some old p4 toshibas have 2 fans, macbooks have 2 fans, but that's not my point here.
