Hey! To make this short, I'm fixing this laptop for a friend of mine. Brand new Lenovo Flex 3, and it has a problem I can't seem to fix.

As said in the title, it has some very bad mouse cursor and text input lag. It seems to freeze for a tiny amount of time every 5 seconds or so.

I also just installed Windows 10 earlier this month on the machine. No performance issues were reported after the upgrade though.

The Laptop is a Lenovo Flex 3
SPECS:
Intel I5 5500U processor normally clocked at 2.4 GHz (2 cores)
Intel HD Graphics 5500
8 Gigabytes of RAM
Windows 10
It also has a 1920x1080 touch screen, if that helps anything

Thanks for the help!

EDIT: I looked around a bit, and there is no audio stuttering. Just tested with Spotify, Soundbutt and Youtube.

Try installing the latest drivers for the touchscreen and the keyboard, which can be acquired from the Lenovo website. Please identify the screen size, whether your friend's laptop is the 11, 14, or 15 variant.
