Windows 10 restart loop

My toshiba was trying to update and is now stuck in a restart loop. It goes to the start toshiba logo then the blue screen saying it's going to restart and in brakcets it either says there's an error with nfts or fats system, I tried f8 to get to the menu and it doesn't work. I've heard this has been a problem with Windows can somebody help?

Hi,

It's almost part of Windows 10 glitches so chances are you may need to do a clean install of Windows.
- Do a hard reset first, remove the battery and AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then see if you'll be able to boot up.
- If it doesn't boot up try loading F8 menu again and see if you can load in Safe Mode, if it will not load you'll need to reinstall Windows 10.
