Windows 10 update bricked my audio so I reverted and now everything is bricked

I updated to the creators update because windows was forcing it down my throat and now I cant open any programs or apps. I’ve tried to open the windows settings but nothing happens. I can open the non-admin command prompt, but when I try to open the admin version, the prompt clearly opens to say yes or no, but i cant see anything and ive tried clicking all over hoping i could get lucky and hit it, but nothing happens. Ill even take a factory reset at this point. Anything to get this computer so much as working again.

Edit: I’ve tried starting in troubleshooting mode and the screen just goes black.

can't get it to repair?

download the windows 10 iso from ms site to a usb and do a repair on your install.
