The only 64-bit game I've been conscious of was FarCry. In order to run the game on Win XP Pro x64, you had to download special 64-bit binaries. The textures were supposed to be more detailed, but since I couldn't run the 32-bit version, I really didn't know the difference. Hard to believe its been like 7 years since that game came out, and not a lot of 64-bit games have filled in the gaps (unless they do so quietly without telling you, but why would they do that).
