Windows 7 Login Issue on my Toshiba L850 Laptop

Missed a step when removing a malware issue now when logging in on my Toshiba L850 laptop getting incorrect password error. I tried restoring to previous date not working now I'm in looking for administrator user as well as my profile only find my profile. No help disks came with my system. what should I try now?

Yes I realize about Microsoft & their privacy concerns. So any type of questions regarding my issue is taboo to ask or receive advice on then?
If so I knew I should have bought a Mac lol.
I'll just have to revise a question that will provide some help while I'm in the bios.
