Windows 7 startup repair

Hello,
my start up was accidently deleted and now it won't start but it is still in recovery but it
still won't start.

Goto safemode.

 

[AMD Radeon]

^ safe mode by pressing F8 repeatedly from boot up

btw i have experienced the same, if there are still no progress from recovery. re-install the OS will save you from headache
