WIndows 8.1 Screen resolution/overscan Problem. Please help

Hi i just bought a PC with Windows 8.1 Operating system.. im having a Black Bar Issue / Not full screen.......
PS: I dont know where to get Catalyst Control Center

Can you specify which to download? Coz my pc is a build up pc with nvidia geforce gt730

Hello... You cannot use Catalyst Control Center with a Nvidia product. Go to Your Control Panel-Nvidia APP, look for " adjust desktop size and position " scaling.
