Windows 8 boot problem

So here is whats going on. I decided I would reinstall Win 8 on a Samsung NP365E5C, And the install went ok. I had to go into the bios to disable fast bios and secure boot so that I could use a bootable usb drive but that was it. Afterwords I reverted my boot priority back to the HDD, then I saved the changes and restarted but for some reason Win 8 wont boot up. I go back and check my boot order and its all normal yet the only way I can go into Win 8 is by pushing F10 at startup and selecting the HDD to boot into Win 8. So my question is how do I fix this problem

Just go to boot settings change all boot properties and Boot Order
Reset your BIOS if needed
