Microsoft Windows chief Steven Sinofsky needs to be fired, along with a long list of other people over there.

1.2B hours and they couldn't see that Windows 8 new hybrid ui sucks.

perhaps he drank the cool aid or wore his rose colored glasses or only heard the voices of Gates and Ballmer telling him just how great it was all the while ignoring the reports from millions of testers were submitting from around the world saying just how bad the hybrid ui was.

And yet someone didn't think that hiding all the commands in menus all over the screen tucked away would be confusing for the average user....that took me less than 10 minutes to figure out

[citation][nom]Spawn666948[/nom]1.2 billion hours wasted because M$ learned nothing and listened to no one but their arrogant selves.[/citation]

Welcome to the beginning of the Microsoft closed gardens. If anyone checks in on Jobs, they will see a tear and a big grin on his face.

Hell, if you think Microsoft is full of idiots (hurr durr totally not one of the richest companies ever) then go get a job there and cause a revolt.

What mouth to call them arrogant. You are the ones who are fussing and shouting to not release Windows 8 like spoiled brats because you don't like it (or never tried it).

y''all be tripping on the metro. There's a desktop view. Looks just like Windows 7 without the Start button on the left corner. Its still there in a way just looks different. When you go to the left corner and icon pops up and that's the start button which becomes that Metro UI people be hatin on. It's a new look when clicking the Start Button. You can exit to the desktop view and it looks just like Windows 7.
