Windows CE .Net, VB .Net Standard Addition

I have a PC with windows CE .Net Version 4.10 build 908.
I would like to write and app in VB .Net to run on this
PC. I have VB .Net standard edition. Is it possible to
do this or do I need the professional edition?

I believe that you need the professional edition.
