Lately I've noticed my cpu running at full speed constantly and keeping my temps up even when it's idling at desktop.

I've ran malware bytes, windows defender, adwcleaner, hitmanpro, and jrt. Nothing gets detected. I'm running the same background programs I always have and never had this happen before, even after Windows 10. It doesnt start running as soon as I boot into windows but at random times after my computer being on for awhile I notice it running, check task manager and it's there. I've read a few threads online about there being some malware that presents itself like this but all of those forums went unsolved. Any help?

Hello... Typically "Activity" by malware will create a TCP Connection, somewhere thru the Net, Start to watch and Post an image of your TCP connections in your "Resource monitor" when this happens. There can be Detailed information on what Service/App Owns it... and then GOOGLE it for further information on it.

If you suspect MALware etc.. the fastest fix is to "Clean install" OS.... 30 mins? AS it can only live on your HD's.

Try the steps on this website: http://blog.mitechmate.com/remove-windows-command-processor-pop-up/
OR
It may be worth trying hijackthis
I've used hijackthis to remove 4 different difficult malware infections that either went undetected OR just re-installed themselves after an attempt at removal. One of them was a browser redirect which kept installing the infection over and over.

Sometimes scanners cannot detect, but nothing beats the long, hard, old fashioned, manual removal combined with hijackthis.

I didn't see anything indicating it was a legit windows process.
