Windows Defender Broken

OS : Windows 10. Latest Update. Defendes says I have a virus, but I removed it. It says about something non existent. I click on "remove virus", but nothing happens. Is there any options to reset Defender?

I would reboot the computer and run another scan.
If the same file is detected again then it may simply be a hidden file. (Which you can un-hide)

I don't know of any way to "reset" Defender.

Doesnt work, I know that I made a "joke virus" via .vbs but i deleted it
