Windows doesn't recognize headset's microphone

Hello, i connected headset to my laptop with a splitter. My problem is that windows recognize only the headphones, not the microphone. What could i do?

Hello, i have these headphones http://www.cel.ro/casti/casti-spacer-spk_203-pMyIyNzQv-l/ and i connected them to my laptop with a cable. My problem is that windows recognize only the headphones, not the microphone. Maybe i have to reinstall windows? Thanks.
