Windows is giving me a fail message on my main drive

Is it possible to reset this message? Norton Ghost will not let me clone my main drive because of this.

You can get rid of the message by replacing the hard with a new one & reinstalling Windows.
It's too late for cloning from it, the drive is too far gone.

The drive is in its death throes. Replace.
