Solved! Windows reinstallation prepering loop

My power went out while i was installing windows and now my computer turns on, says preparing, and turns off.

i do not own a dvd or isb copy of windows since this was a pre built computer.

Any help would be appreciated.

I was trying to reinstall windows when in the middle of the process my power went out.
My computer now is stuck in a loop where it turns on, says preparing, says restarting, and turns off.

I do not own a dvd or usb copy of windows since this was a prebuilt machine.

You can download Windows 10 using the Microsoft Media Creation Tool

If this is a laptop you could always try and get a recovery DVD from your laptop manufacturer.
