Windows security popups and taskeng cmd popup

I installed some software for web development earlier today. Since then I have experienced a windows security popup, screenshot here: http://gyazo.com/53f2ada29001a2cfd07ec8b962694be7

and a taskeng cmd popup. I ran a full avast scan and came up empty. Any ideas?

'some software' is pretty vague. We could be talking anything from Apache to a shady wordpress skin.

None of those should be a problem. Where did you get them from?

Adacado appears to be an ad vendor; my guess is you installed a repackaged version of one of the programs with some poorly-coded ads thrown in the mix.

I believe they are all from trusted sources. I was following a tutorial on teamtreehouse and used their resources to download all the programs. I hope so, it seems to be linked to Skype some how. The windows security pop up only appears when I go to maximize skype from the toolbar

could be an ad on skype. and they advertiser didn't setup them up correctly.
Just cancel it.
