Windows Taskbar Icon

So I see this icon whenever I start my pc but it disappears almost instantly. Under the taskbar icons settings it is called CONNECT. I'm not sure if it is the same as the connect app for using your phone on your pc, since the logos are different. Can anyone confirm if it is the same or different? Also, sorry about the small image.

I think it's a Dell DataSafe icon - works a bit like Windows Defender. But I'm not totally sure.

If you open Task Manager and select the Startup tab, it may show up there.

I checked startup and services, programs and apps etc. Nothing there.

I found out what it was. It was MAGIX/Vegas Pro on startup.
