Windvd11 blue ray driver issue

Hello,
any solutions other than running anydvd in the background for windvd 11 to play a blue ray on my laptop? It will play a dvd just fine without anydvd running.

It says the program is up to date and not required. Any other ideas before I call Corel?

Is it the pro version?I have the pro and it plays blu-ray just fine without help from anydvd.

Yes, the Pro Version. I tried an older version of PowerDVD 10 (OEM) that works fine on my desktop but it shows no picture just sound with a Blue Ray. Standard DVDs work fine in both programs. There is no external display and I did not try the HDMI out on the Laptop. ?????????? What else should I be looking for?
