Solved! Wipe Data/Factory Reset does not work giving "No Command" error

I have a samsung Tab 4 SM-t230NU. I installed Kingo Superuser and deleted few system applications by mistake. Now i am unable to install any applications. also i am unable to open Google Play Store. I did following steps:-

1. Soft Reset.. But problem still exists.

2. I am trying to do Wipe Data/Factory Reset, but it is giving error of "No Command" again and Again.

3. I am also unable to connect it with PC as well as my tab starts charging whenever i connect with PC. Even if i select USB tethering, it does not get connected.

Can somebody please help me.
