Hard reset on a Galaxy Tab A6, unauthorized factory reset error

I was promoted to a new position at work and with this position came a Samsung Galaxy Tab A6 to use as part of my job which the previous employee also used. I did a hard reset on the A6 to start fresh and wipe his old info out of it. Cleared cache...the whole 9. Now when I go to connect to the wifi in my work building it say:

"Unable to sign in to Wi-Fi AP. An unauthorized factory reset has been performed on this device. The sign-in screen cannot be accessed."

Any way around this so I can actually use this as needed for my job? Thank you in advance for any help!
