anybody that thinks NOBODY talks about you..that your the only one that is never brought up...your an idiot. Everybody at some point vents or has something to say about someone else....its just how people are. You talk about others soemtimes, so why do you want to treat someone else any different then you would want to in their postition. I bet that supervisor has never said anything about anybody in that company...hmmm.....I have an unrealistic boss that thinks he is the only one that doesnt do anything wrong. I cant stand people like that.

Well does their policy forbid superiors from acting like a giant doosh bag? No. So then of course, it's only logical that their policy would not forbid employees from talking shit about their boss. Their lawyer can rot too.
