I actually support this woman’s position, although she may need a lawyer to impress the Court in this case. These social networks, like Facebook, and mmorpgs seem to believe they are "Omnipotent" because you click some vague EULA. People often times devote considerable amounts of time and money on these site and games, developing a persona or avatar which becomes a part of their lives, and to simply have this taken away from you, without any way to challenge the validity of being "banned" it WRONG1!!!!! A users intellectual property online must be protected, and I firmly believe our laws will develop to protect such interest and assets in the future.

...from Canada,

Umm last time I checked, coming from Canada doesn't make it a further trip. (Without actually checking distances) the most part of Canada's population is closer, or roughly the same distance as Maryland.

More fuel to my anti Facebook fire I guess.

Sending a friend request to someone you don't know is against Facebook TOS? That's ridiculous. I can understand if you bug someone to death about it, but if people willingly accept your request and you end up with thousands of friends this should not get you banned.
