The patient must be careful not to do anything under the guise of someone who is dead. He would most certainly lose face for his crimes.

Ya I was taken back by it being from a corpse face. How do you preserve the face or was it finally time for the surgery because they found a comparable face? Either way it's amazing!

So that he can see. Without natural tears your eyes will dry out.

I thought I heard of a girl in india getting this done in 03 or 04... maybe that was just a partial transplant but I could have sworn it was said to be the first full face transplant.

Ehh... Yes?
A face is huge part of the personality and how other people view that person. The particular shape and coloring of his heart... not so much.
