This device seems like it would appeal to a pretty narrow market. Having to carry a phone in tandem with this thing, have separate batteries, accessories, etc. would be inconvenient. I have to imagine that most people would opt for a smartphone instead--with a 2 year service contract, most smartphones fall into this price range or below.

Is this any smaller than the Pandora? The pandora has far superior specs from what I can see, and has gamepads and a touchscreen built in as well!

i think that there is something that will do exactly what this little gadget does, it's called a smart phone. what a waste of money.

This thing would be perfect as a 'universal remote' to your ihc based light and ventilation system, your mediapc running winamp's web based playlist and check your mail without booting your company laptop :)

[citation][nom]Mr Roboto[/nom]Is ROM some sort of new memory standard? Maybe RAMBUS designed it specifically so they can sue you![/citation]
I hope you're joking! Anyway rom is the type of memory that you can't change. Typically it stores firmware for given electronics, or a copy of the base os on a pda, l3 switch or phone etc.
