Would this laptop run anything?

I found a laptop for a good deal, and refused to pass it up. It's an HP Elitebook 8560p. I wanted to know if it would run BF3 or Call of Duty Black Ops II with at least low settings. I've heard that it packs a dedicated GPU.

Compared to Radeon HD 6490M, it should perform similar to its DDR3 version and much slower than the GDDR5 variant (the one we have added) due to featuring half the memory bandwidth.
Using a 720p resolution, almost all of today's games are only playable at low settings but with fluent frame rates (30+).
