Xbox 360 controller doesn't work on Android

Hello, i'm trying to connect a non oficial Xbox 360 controller to my Android device via OTG but it doesn't want to work, I tried it with another phone and it worked fine. Any solution?
Device:
Doogee S60. Android versión 7.0
(I connected a mouse and it worked fine)

Doogee S60 which my mother friend has, was really banging head always on service. Probably the "Generics" way of the controller the android cannot read it, its probably an best way to not fiddle with it, its a long way to set it up.

It would require root, then downloading 3rd party app, then making layout for game and thats it.
With my xbox controller i would need only make layout (speedlink torid).
