xbox one help

hey guys my friend got a xbox one with unity on it and also bought the new COD... so unity works fine and the COD worked fine for a few days... now for about a week when he tries to launch multiplayer and find a match the game freezes.. playing local or single player work fine, we have tried to uninstall and also exchanged cd's... anybody know how to fix this? searching online it seems it may be the latest update but everything we try doesn't work.

lol well from what we have read the issue is on all 4 systems...
