y510p stuck in startup-please help

well, after no more than 3 years my y510p is doing problems.
the startup is stuck on the lenovo loding simble for hours and in the end always become full black screen and stuck on that.
iv tried refresh, reset, startup repair, everthing really... but always say that the reset the went good.
few days ago it gave me a message as follow- scanning and reapraing drive volume953762cb-b71-463d...
i really dont know what to do, please help, thanks

Hi,

1 reason why it's getting stuck on the Lenovo screen is the HDD may be failing. Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First do reseat the RAM's, remove them all for couple of seconds then put them back in making sure everything is seated properly.
- Next to try is to try a different HDD if you have a spare one and install Windows in it.
- If it will still not work, do try each RAM you have (if you have 2 RAM sticks).
- Remove 1 RAM and boot it up and see if it will work normal. Do also test the other one and perform the same test.

already did it, its not working.

is there a way to have my legit windows licnce without the cd or the pan drive? i dont have it anymore.
how can i see my windows 8.1 licsnce code?
