Obviously, this is a huge concern given the bang up job the CURRENT board has been doing the last few years (unless of course there intent was to get beaten like a redheaded step child by Google).

Yang is a complete joke and should not be a CEO - he no longer owns the company and seems to be forgetting this fact.
