I have a YST MS50 powered multimedia speakers that are now discontinued. The setup is like this. Main power goes to the subwoofer. The 8pin din cable goes to a satellite speaker (R) where there's a power button, volume control, and headphone out in the front panel and 2 separate inputs in the back (as well as the 8 pin connector). The Left satellite speaker is connected directly from the Sub to the speaker using a single RCA cable. There's also a power button on the sub. Everything appears to be connected as it was prior to me moving the system. But sound does not come out of the spearkers. It will only play sound through a set of headphones when the headphones are inserted into the headpone jak. Normally the speakers would work and when you put headpghones in it cuts the sound and plays through the headphones only. Not sure if this is a headphone jak issue. Any help greatly appreciated

Solution
The headphone jack could cause this kind of problem. If you can wiggle the headphone plug around when it's inserted you may be able to fix it. Be gentle. If you can open the speaker you might be able to fix it.
