Yet another NOOB Question

I have a TIVO and I have a computer with a DVD burner. If I wanted to burn
from the TIVO to my DVD burner, do I just need a wireless USB NIC for the
TIVO and another for my PC? Also, what program would you recomend I use for
burning?

If you're using TiVo-To-Go, there's pretty much only one software
package usable.
