Youtube and Spotify wont load

I cant load youtube or spotify. I can open the website youtube but when i press the video, the video is stuck buffering forever and it seems like channel logos dont load too. When i open spotify, it wont connect but i cant still download things, open other sites, play games, and all sort of stuff. Please help
