youtube creating an issue

my phone screen keeps on showing this message 'unfortunately youtube has stopped working'. every time i press 'okay' that is an option the message pops back up. making it hard for me to use my phone. my phone is working perfectly well, it charges messages keep on coming but i cant reply. please help.

Have you tried restarting the device?

There can be some issue with the cache memory. Try to clear the cache memory of the phone. If it won't help try to re-install the youtube on the device.
