they should have better raised the minimum resolution to 480p instead of 240 :/

still, it's helpful but not for us geeks

Here comes an influx of better-looking videos. Also, time to move past 240p.

I dunno how I feel about raising the minimum resolution - a lot of the devices being used to shoot video just don't go above 240p and we'd gain nothing by putting that limit in place, we'd just be excluding content.

240p is helpful when youtube is dog slow, but otherwise yea it's time to move on
