YouTube is not opening up on my tcl smart tv. what can i do?

Is there any error you face? Black screen, shut down or something? Or does it simple refuse to start up?

Its not starting up d logo remains on the screem an something like a T with an X on top it comes up at the bottom of d logo don't no if its an error or what please help
