YouTube pauses sometimes.

Rebooting Doesn't help.
Both Chrome and Opera pause.
Speed test says 3.71 Mb download, +1Mb upload
MacOs Sierra 10.12.5
AT&T connection
CPU usage less than 60%
Packets arriving at 120 /sec
16GB of memory

3,71 Mbit could be too less for playing movies in higher resolution

try buffering (pause) longer before playing the stream
