Youtube Player progress bar pixellation/static normal?

On youtube I get these pixellating static dots that flicker around on the progress bar (only on the progress bar) I wonder if this is normal? Does it happen to anyone else? This is a new laptop, so I wonder if it's an indication of something wrong with the laptop? Thanks. Afaik it didnt happen on my old laptop. I just started noticing it when I used my new laptop.

Does it happen in other browser as well? (Google Chrome, Mozilla) I tried playing the same track and observed if i'll see the same pixels or static but I didn't using Google Chrome. Try to reset your browsers and see if that will help.

Thanks for the reply. Looks like it is only Firefox. Tried it on Microsoft Edge and it doesn't happen. Reformatted my laptop still happens.
