YouTube Stutter need help

When ever i am watching a YouTube video in 720p or 1080p there is a random stutter or freezing for 1 second or so and it happens about every 3-4 seconds it does this with chrome and Firefox. but if i watch the video in 480p its fine. and i am not sure whats going on it all starting last month or so. and on some videos the audio goes out of sync by up to 5 seconds its all very annoying.

This happens when your internet isn't fast enough to load the video as you watch it. Try to close as many apps as possible using bandwidth and check to see if any downloads are happening. Have you looked on www.speedtest.net to check your speed?
