Youtube won't let me upload

It has nothing to do with it being slow; everytime I click upload it says "action not allowed"🙁

Are you trying to upload from a computer or a phone? If from a phone you may need to change the settings on your YouTube channel to allow you to upload from any network and not just WiFi.
