Mayhaps the 0-day was put in place for the NSA; just didn't expect anyone else to find it.

Well, even the 64-bit version runs on top (or below?) the 32-bit version, which is used by default, at least on windows 7, so everyone should get this, i think.

no... only people who use IE should get it. Which there aren't many.
