The touchpad on this device has stopped responding. We had a problem in that when the charge went below 20%, it had to be fully charged up again before the device would work again. This time after charging it, I cant get past the lock screen as it wont aloow me to move the lock icon. When the keyboard is plugged in, it responds to ctrl alt del by restarting. Any ideas?
