How to Set Up a Radio Channel on Roku

Roku is very common nowadays. Many people have begun to use this as a platform for watching their favorite movies or shows on the Roku TV. In addition, they set up their own accounts, maintain their own playlist library and also listen to the radio. Here is how you set up your favorite Roku channel on your Roku device.

Step 1
As shown in the figure, choose the ‘Home’ button option present in the Roku Remote. You now be able to see the various options on the big Roku TV.

Step 2
By looking through the various options on the Roku TV, scroll down with the help of the arrow marks on the Roku remote and choose the ‘Search’ button. You will now be able to search for any channel, movie or the actor.

Step 3
Now in the Roku search bar, type in any radio channel you prefer to use. In this case, the tune-on radio channel is being searched.

Step 4
Now click on the name of the radio channel, in this case, click on the ‘Tunein Radio’ to set up the radio channel completely. You will also find some additional information about the radio channel beside.

Step 5
Now, on the next screen, you will have to choose the ‘Add channel’ to add and set up the radio channel. You can also click on the view screenshots option to view the screenshots of the chosen channel.

Step 6
On clicking the add channel option, you will find the chosen radio channel, here, the TuneIn radio channels get added.

Step 7
In the next screen, you will have to press the ‘OK’ option to install and set up the radio channel.

Step 8
In this screen, you will have to choose the ‘Go to Channel’ option to install and open the chosen radio channel.

Step 8
You will now see the chosen radio channel to open. In the next screen, you can either link your account on the radio channel or do it later. You can click on ‘Link my account later’.

You can enter your favorite artist, album in the search bar to find the playlist in the chosen radio channel. Once chosen you can click on the ‘Play’ button to play the radio from the already setup radio channel.

You can now successfully set up the radio channel by following the above steps.
