Hi MSI and tech People, My user is facing issue with D and R letters in keyboard, I tried many researches and came up with few minute/ hour working solution. I tried removing synaptics, it ried removing steel series enginer, i installed both from msi, still the issue persists...Windows update...

Presently they are using 8g i7 itself. but its low performance... when using multiple applications... Is there big performance difference between HQ and U series of processor in laptops? Putting an SSD will make much performer right? Is Dell 5559 good laptop with above specs ?
