    My mouse or touch screen no longer works. I have reset everything, restarted it and still nothing so what can I do I have no Pointer or touchscreen. I have to scroll up, down, side to side and tab my way around. Just bought it open box and it’s had everything I want but nothing is working! HELP!

    Notebook hangs out but keyboard and mouse can move but nothing can be clicked.

    So, i've been having this issue for around 1 year and i cant fix it...I tryed everything like chkdsk, memtest...I replaced the disk with other but continues to hangs even in safe mode....So what could be the problem here?I've cleaned the cooler and i put thermal paste in the gpu and cpu but...

    how to control screen/ mouse

    can not control screen it drops to the bottom of the page and hitting home will bring it back to the top, but if I try to use the mouse it drops back to the botttom.

    Solved! When i am turning on my acer NE4RS mouse isn't appearing and i am not able to click to insert my password

    When i turned on my acer gateway NE4RS it doesnt show the cursor and i am not able to click on my switch user account so that i can input my password ... help me fixing in it
