Rendering

When I am rendering in Sony Vegas, my CPU temps can reach up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit and I was wondering if anyone knew how to limit usage on the CPU so my temps can be slightly reduced.

Hi, After adding music to a video (with sound) and after render as mp4, I can still edit the video part but both audio video and music have merge in one single audio track. Is it possible to unmerge the audio track after rendering? I'm using vegas 13. Thanks
